First Advantage is discontinuing to use Symantec/Verisign when logging into the Fingerprint Results website and switching to DUO. DUO generates a security code like the Symantec cards or VIP Access app you have been using. The DUO app requires a smartphone or tablet and a quick setup. Watch for an email from DUO Security that includes a link that will guide you through the setup process.
